Kingston Liberal Synagogue is home to a vibrant, joyous community, actively celebrating inclusive Judaism.
Located in the village of Little Ditton in Surrey. The building is not only used for worship but for a whole host of services. Including festivals, child and adult education, and community events.
It’s for this reason and as part of their renovation project, that they sought new chairs that would be versatile, comfortable and withstand the test of time.
They spoke with our sales team, discussing the various options until they had a shortlist of chairs that they wanted to try out. They then took advantage of our sample service where we sent their shortlisted chairs for them to trial out with the congregation and committee and to see what worked best in their place of worship.
After trialling the samples for 14 days, the Churchill Ultra was the favoured design based upon the traditional style, comfort and quality, plus the stackability this design offers when needed.
It was then time to decide upon a fabric. They utilised our free swatch service and received various sample fabrics of different types and textures in the burgundy colour palette. Making full use of our sales teams, knowledge and expertise when deciding the type of fabric that would be best for their organisation.
Ensuring the colour and type of fabric you choose is of high importance and as our chapel seating is made to order, the world really is your oyster when it comes to contract fabric. Whether you’re wanting the on-trend colour or pattern of the season. Or whether you’re looking for ultra-hard wearing wipeable fabric. The choice of contract fabric here at Rosehill is extensive.
Churchill Ultra Chair
The Churchill Deluxe is one of our most popular church chairs.
Superbly crafted with a large 11″ back pad for increased back support, and a deep luxurious seat. The Churchill Ultra chair is made to order, as standard in a stacking option (6-8 high), as well as an Armchair. Offered in a wide choice of wood finishes and fire retardant fabrics. Furthermore, if required you can add on a Sliding Bookbox to provide a great option for storage.
The customer took delivery of their chairs to complete their renovation project last month and said that “the Feedback from the congregation is very positive. They love the depth of the seats and the fabric choice. The chairs are sturdy, feel heavy, safe to sit on and are well made”.
